Jack Jenkins Bylsma, 32, of Lynn Haven died Thursday in Lynn Haven.
The service will be at 11 a.m. CST (noon EST) today at First Baptist Church in Chipley with burial at Glenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to B.A.S.I.C. (Bay AIDS Service and Information Coalition), 412 Jenkins Ave., Panama City, 32402.
He was a member of Homes Creek Baptist Church.
He is survived by his father, John Bylsma of Lynn Haven; his mother, Evelyn Bylsma of Lynn Haven; a brother, George J. Bylsma of Panama City Beach; and two sisters, Pamela J. Bylsma of Pensacola and Elizabeth A. Bylsma of Panama City.
